Deposit
At Casitas del Arco Iris, we want to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. To guarantee the safety and good condition of our facilities, we require a security deposit at check-in.
What is the security deposit for?
The security deposit is an amount of €150 that is held as a guarantee during
your stay. This deposit allows us to cover any potential damages that may occur
on the property, lack of cleanliness, and failure to separate waste for
recycling.
How does it work?
- Deposit: Upon arrival, you will be asked to make a payment of the security deposit.
- Refund: Once your stay is over and after reviewing the accommodation, we will proceed to refund the deposit if no incidents have occurred.
Important:
We recommend reviewing the specific conditions related to the security deposit
at the time of making your reservation. If you have any questions or concerns

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following refunds will be made on the amount paid:
- 1 month before check-in: Full refund.
- Up to 15 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
